Although I've made pie crust from this recipe and I love it, there's is one thing missing (esp. for novice bakers): a shot of the processor when she's instructing (after adding the wet ingredients) to pulse just until it comes together, not until it forms a ball. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.
